St. Francis Lakeside #06 - Goldman

Comfortable bottom-floor vacation rental unit at St. Francis Lakeside condominiums. The open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room flowing together for a great entertaining space make this unit easy to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs. Summer guest can use the simple patio area to enjoy the outdoors. Winter guests can cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace. The two guest bedrooms each have two Twin beds. They share a common bathroom in just down the hallway. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own large private bathroom. There is also wifi access in the unit for your communication needs. The Homeowner association indoor hot tub is open during the winter months and the development also has a swimming pool, beach, pier, tennis court, clubhouse, volleyball court and various picnic facilities. It is located on the lake adjacent to public boat launch and a public park with a children’s playground, field and baseball diamond. The public bike path system takes you to into Tahoe City, which is a short ride or walk. There are several hiking paths to enjoy close by. Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA are a convenient drive down the road.

The indoor spa is open in the winter months - Closes 3/31/2024. The outdoor spa will open seasonally with the pool(Memorial Day 2024).

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

  The unit was great! It reminded us of our grandparents houses - outdated styling maybe, but it was very comfortable and everything was clean and in good repair. The fridge and dishwasher are newer, and the stove/oven was good enough - more than enough for a reasonably priced getaway, in our opinion. We'd stay here again if we were going to visit this location again.

  The place looked like it was straight out of the 80s. Not that thats a bad thing! Very comfortable and had everything we needed and more! My only request is that the cleaners should vacuum under the bed. Needs a good spring clean. Oh, pleas fix the hot tub

  We were evacuated due to the Dixie Fire and needed a place to escape the smoke. Through a miracle, we were able to book a condo at St. Francis Lakeside at the last minute. The booking staff were all so nice and sympathetic with our situation. We needed to stay 3 additional days and Mike was able to accommodated our request. We were so grateful! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Great hiking trails and a short walk to Lake Tahoe. The kitchen had everything we needed from cooking herbs and spices to a garlic press! It was wonderful and we will definitely stay here again.

  We had a lovely stay in the condo. It was much bigger than we expected and more than accommodated our group of four. You could sleep 6 extremely comfortably here as shown in the photos. The condo complex is great, and is right on the lake as well we including other amenities. We also enjoyed the ~30 min walk into Tahoe city along the bike/walk path. As others mentioned decor is a little outdated, and beds and couch could probably stand to be replaced, but nothing was enough to really bother us. Property was very clean and management company was exemplary. Quick to respond and accommodating to requests. Would definitely return!

  We enjoyed our stay at the St Francis #6 condo. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, utinsels and cooking items. The location was great for our stay in Tahoe City. Not a lot of traffic, and close the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the private dock to view the sunset, the stars and to admire the surroundings. We enjoyed swimming in the lake with the convenience of being close to the condo. The pool was nice with lots of chairs around for those wanting to watch. We enjoyed the deck at the condo as well.

  I brought my family for a quick weekend trip to Tahoe and we had a wonderful time, lodging was spacious, had a kitchen that provided virtually anything you may need to cook meals and prep lunch for our beach days.
