This is a recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that sleeps 4 comfortably. The up-to-date kitchen, baths, living/dining area and bedrooms are warm and inviting. There are 2 HD flat screen TV's with Wifi access for your communication and entertainment needs. On-demand hot water system. This unit is in a quiet part of the complex. Enjoy the back deck to BBQ, entertain or relax in the lounge chairs provided. Located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore, Lake Forest Glen Condominiums are set in a lovely meadow between the highway and the lake. It is an easy walk to Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach and many others on the shores of Lake Tahoe. This development features two pools, a sauna, hot tub (for year-round use), tennis courts, pickleball and a children's play area.(Amenities availability unknown for 2021). Each unit has two reserved parking spots and there is plenty of extra parking in two overflow parking lots located conveniently on the property. The complex is close to Tahoe City, ski areas including Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley USA, Northstar and Homewood Mountain. The Coast Guard boat launch is just around the corner for our summer guests. Plus there is convenient access to great biking and walking trails, both on and off-road. In the winter, drive up the street to the Tahoe Cross Country XC Center. Easy short drive to Tahoe City with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

  The unit worked for what we needed. Was a great location. Had an electrical issue in one of the bedrooms but was fixed the next day. The pictures online are a little deceiving- unit looked bigger than it really was. Could use some updating. But overall would stay here again.

  Came to Tahoe to take a brake from the heat. The weather was wonderful. The property manager was top notch. I would definitely like to work with O'Neal Assoc. again. The property was small but very nicely upgraded and furnished. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for overall experience was because the twin beds in the second bedroom were not comfortable for an adult size person. The only way those twin beds would work would be if the beds did not have a footboard so an adult could have stretched out.

  The overall vacation rental was pleasant and rest full, although there was some features about the property that could have been better. For example; a ceiling fan over the main down stairs living space would have made the experience more pleasurable as there that were extremely worm and there was no air circulation in that area. Also the fact that there was no screens on the down stair windows preventing you from opening without wasp's or bugs coming in. Lastly the shower curtain in the up stairs bath room was appeared to have not been washed in months as it was very yellow on the bottom; consequently we had to wash it to feel comfortable taking a shower.

We have extra fans at our office and we would have cleaned the shower curtain for you. We will also be requesting that the owner get some screenson the downstairs windows. This winter the ice from the roof damaged them.

  We've received excellent customer service from the property manager since we started renting a vacation property in Tahoe. This complex is very conveniently located - not in the middle of the noisy area but close enough to drive to restaurants/stores after skiing at Homewood Mountain Resort/relaxing in the condo. Very clean and nice unit. Its second floor may get very hot with heating on, but the temperature can be adjusted easily. We'd recommend this property.

  The refrigerator broke the morning after we checked in so we did our food shopping when we arrived just to have to throw everything out the next day because it was broken. We contacted the management company and they could not get the refrigerator fixed while we were there for 4 nights so it was very disappointing. They said they would provide coolers but they never showed up. We put some a few things outside in pots at night to keep it cold as the weather was unseasonably warm like 50 degrees during the day so perishables did not keep. The advertisement says a gas grill...that is true in the winter I guess as there was no gas tank so another disappointment. The biggest concern was the second bedroom had twin beds that were made with NO TOP SHEETS so folks are sleeping under the blanket. I can't imagine the cleaning staff cleans the blankets every time as that would be like 4 loads of laundry with towels, sheets and blankets...the owners need to have enough sheets that fit US customs for fitted sheets and flat sheets for clendliness. If you rent this place ensure the refrigerator is fixed and demand coolers or something to keep something cool as it was really not worth the price to stay in a condo not to be able to cook. I was shocked the management company did not even offered one nights refund for a refrigerator that was broken the entire time we were there.

  We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay in this unit again. However, we will need to bring our own pillows for the master bedroom(the pillows were not comfortable to us) although we may be spoiled with our down pillows at home. Also downstairs

  We stayed for the New year holidays and could not be more happier. This property is located in a privately owned townhouse complex. The location is superb, very close to Tahoe City, the beach, and all the major ski resorts. If you are up to cross country skiing, Tahoe XC is just accross the street. Very lovely and quiet complex. Our particular unit was clean, renovated, and comfortably furnished. We had a full kitchen with all the utensils, appliances, etc. We could not have wished for a better accomodation for a family of 4 (2 parents and 2 kids). You will get a living room and a kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs (2 twins and 1 queen beds). The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a bed. If we decide to come back next year, we will try to rent this particular unit again.
  
  On the negative side, the central heating is somewhat noisy, but if you close the doors to the bedrooms, it is OK. It is no worse then everywhere. Also, I wish they would have more extra pillows.
