St. Francis Lakeside #40 - Miller

This is a comfortable, three-bedroom three bath end unit townhome condominium that has a view of the lake. The upstairs living area is bright and sunny. In the summer months, you can enjoy the balcony off of the living room. Newly painted and all beds and linens have been updated. DO NOT use the loft. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower level, the third bedroom and another full bath are on the upper level. It is located close to all amenities which include a beach area, pier, swimming pool, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor spa, sand volleyball court and courtyard BBQ facilities. There is wifi at the unit. It is in a great lakefront development for a family vacation. Close to bike & hiking trails and just adjacent to a public boat launch. Very close to Tahoe City for fine dining, shopping and entertainment. The central location provides an easy drive to ski resorts like Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood.

The indoor spa is open in the winter months - Closes 3/31/2024. The outdoor spa will open seasonally with the pool(Memorial Day 2024).
All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

  Great location. Really suited our needs. As mentioned in previous reviews a shovel would have been nice. Luckily we had a small shovel in our car, otherwise clearing car and path from driveway would have been difficult. Beds were also soft and lumpy but not a deal breaker. Had no need to interact with Management company directly but access to lockbox was seamless.

  We stayed a week in July. The condo was conveniently located near the lake, grocery store, and restaurants. It was well maintained and appointed. The only drawback was that temperatures were in the upper 80s when we stayed and the upstairs section (living room, kitchen, and a bedroom) were quite warm in the evenings without air conditioning. This is typical for the area, so I plan to take a portable cooler in future.

  We always enjoy our stay at the Miller's vacation townhouse on beautiful Lake Tahoe. This was this first time going in November. The views out the window and walks on the beach and many bike paths was wonderful. The space is always clean and well stocked. The beds a very comfortable.   This rental is super close to the lake for watching sunsets and sunrises. It is only @ 15 minutes from the slopes which is fantastic. The rental agent Leah was superb - very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked for anything you may want to cook and the townhouse layout is great along with being very clean. The only recommendation that I have is that pillows and bedding could use a refresh. But having stated this, I would definitely recommend this place.

  Good sized home to accommodate group in for a ski trip. Home has great views through the updated windows. One can tell the home & furniture is older but everything was functioning well. House creaked quite a bit so this can be disrupting to the guests that are staying in the downstairs area of the home. Otherwise, great stay and great location to Tahoe City & close to Alpine & Squaw.

  The view from this unit was pretty good. The double bed upstairs needs updating as do the twin beds and one broken twin bed frame downstairs...pads were a bit disgusting. But the size for the family was pretty darn great!
