Rocky Ridge unit # 65 is an end-unit vacation condominium ideally located in the more forested portion of the Rocky Ridge development. The unit has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has been thoroughly renovated in 2023 (e.g., new flooring, new kitchen, new appliances, new dining room, new TV’s, new bathrooms). The spacious dining and living rooms flow together and create a large and peaceful common area, while the 4 upstairs bedrooms allow for privacy amidst newly appointed furnishings. Vaulted ceilings throughout the inside of the unit provide an extra mountain ambiance, as does a large outside deck connected to the dining room. Robust high-speed WIFI (plus two desk areas) allow occupants to “stay connected”, should they so desire!

The 60-acre Rocky Ridge development is close to all that Tahoe’s north shore has to offer, including the lake, bike and hiking trails, and restaurants and shopping. The development also abuts the Burton Creek California State Park, which provides an abundance of quiet and forested trails just footsteps from the condo. The development itself also has several additional amenities for the exclusive benefit of owners and renters, including 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, a children’s playground area, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a bocce ball court, and a private beach with a pier, buoys and BBQ facilities.

Rocky Ridge # 65 comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, two TV’s that are internet accessible and full linens, bathroom towels and beach towels, plus a large laundry room with both a washer and a dryer. The unit is equipt with an air conditioning system, which is relatively rare in the Tahoe area . The unit has ceiling fans in all 4 upstairs bedrooms.
