This lake-side, charming, and spacious condo comes with views of the beautiful Lake Tahoe right from the back patio! Not only is the condo located on the lake, the development includes a private beach, lake swimming, private pier, swimming pool. And beautifully landscaped grounds! Some of the best amenities included with this property includes great access to boating, hiking and biking!
This warm and inviting home on the West shore is the perfect get-a-way for your next family vacation. The upstairs has a large and open living and dining area with additional views of the lake. The living area has a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, Xbox, and plenty of room to spread out and relax.
The upstairs deck area includes comfortable outdoor patio seating and BBQ that you can use throughout your stay. What's better than grilling with views of the big blue lake!? Simply relax on the deck, or relax inside - either way, you're sure to relax in this beautiful and cozy home.
If you're in the mood for activities, just walk a few steps down to the beach and pier to put in your kayak or paddleboard. The home is within walking distance to Sugar Pine Point State Park and Lake Tahoe's bike trail! Just minutes away from the incredible Emerald Bay and hiking trails of Desolation Wilderness. Stop in at Chambers Landing or West Shore Cafe for a delicious meal or just walk across the street for a pizza at West Shore Pizza! What are you waiting for?!
There is 1 designated parking spot. Additional guest parking is on a first come first serve basis. RV's and trailers are not allowed.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

  We love Water's Edge. Stayed there many times. Unit 32 was by far the best! Well equipped, spacious...3 bedrooms, 3 baths, FANTASTIC view from large deck!

  Overall satisfied with condo. Bedroom drawer fell apart and there is a very loose board on the main deck. Needrd a bit more cleaning (cobwebs).

  Overall we loved this location. It felt clean and the view was amazing. The living area is large and comfy. The staff to call for assistance with issues was very kind and helpful each time something little popped up we needed help with. The location is quiet and pretty, well maintained paths. This condo is in the middle of the grounds so you follow a path to find it behind some others. Fans in the bedrooms would be nice for summer but it was still comfortable. On arrival please know you have to first turn the water on which is downstairs by the washing machine, then flip the breaker switch to the hot water which is behind the tapestry wall hanging at the top of the stairs (behind the kitchen) or you wont have hot water. I wish I had known there was a murphy bed downstairs... that wasnt clear in the description. It was a helpful amenity just wish I had known for planning. I wish the descriptions to where to find the kayaks for the condo were more clear (the middle of the building in front of the condo in like a carport type area). The TV downstairs does not work if you are counting on that. The BBQ is 1/2 the size of the usual BBQ so that is good to know for large families. The deck does need repairs so please take caution. Overall we loved our stay!!

  We totally enjoyed our stay at this property and have already booked it for next year. The location is great, the unit is large and comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance issues which the management company handled quickly.
