This West shore property is situated just up from Rt. 89 and easy walk to the lakeshore. Saw the most fantastic sunrises over the lake. Big deck made for lovely views of the lake and surrounding forest. Very quiet little community. Was just lovely.

Everything was perfect. Nice quiet location, close to the lake and only 10 minutes from Tahoe City. The house was spotless and very comfortable, with lots of towels, pillows, blankets etc. Loved the king sized bed. Would be perfect for one or two families, or three generations. And so reasonably priced. We enjoyed it very much!

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at this cozy family friendly cabin. It’s located only about 15 minutes from our favorite beach, Meek’s Bay beach. It’s also close to Tahoe city which is very convenient. Would definitely like to stay here again next summer.

We selected this home for a weekend getaway to Homewood. We knew it was close to Homewood, but didn’t realize how close to the lake it was. It’s a perfect location for summer too! Such a cozy home that had everything we needed and we made good use of the gas fireplaces. Thank you for the stay!

The cabin itself was perfect & home-y.

However, in order to receive check in code, I needed to sign a document which was supposed to be emaied to me. I had a busy work week and missed that I was supposed to do this. In addition, the doc was never emailed to me in the first place. I did not realize this until 5pm on Friday as I was trying to check in. The cabin check in time is 4pm and the rental office closes at 4:30. There is a 30 minute window where you could get help if needed. I called the back-up number provided twice and they could not help, only forward my request to check in to another agency who was supposed to email me back. My brother luckily guessed the lock code on the pin pad. If he had not done that, we would not have had a place to stay. It is now 2 weeks after my stay and I still have not received the follow up email which was supposed to be sent from the phone calls I made the day of check in.

I could have averted the situation by filling out the docs in advance but around the holidays with work, it slipped my mind. I do think the management company running for a vacation rental business should have after hours and weekend support considering that is when most guests need it.

The cabin itself was a great stay - clean, cute, & cozy. I would recommend the cabin but not the management company.

The house had everything we needed and was comfortable for our group of four. The deck outside surrounded by trees was always a pleasant temperature with the perfect mix of shade & sunshine for a hot July. The location was excellent -- a short walk to the lake, close to Barker Pass, Eagle Rock and more.
