Tranquility Base Dollar Point

This lovely home in Dollar Point sleeps 6. The huge living/dining invites you in the door. There are lots of windows for light and in the summer months, the house stays cool inside. There is a well-equipped kitchen that looks out onto the back deck. The guest bedrooms each have full beds and the master has a Cal King bed with an attached bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a washer and dryer as well as a garage. The large back deck is a great place to relax, there is a gas BBQ and hot tub. There is wifi, no cable.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Dollar Point recreation amenities: beach, pool, tennis courts, playground are not available to renters, unless rental stay is for 31 nights or more which will require a signed lease agreement, $5000 deposit and $50 processing fee. Please contact us for more details.

  Really enjoyed this location. The area was quiet, wooded and serene. The hot eitself was very comfortable. The sitting area was a delight and the kitchen was modern and contained everything you'd need. Plenty of hot water. Close to all the restaurants and shops on the west side of the Lake.
  Really enjoyed our stay.
