The Space
Welcome to your relaxing North Lake Tahoe retreat! Located in the highly sought-after Dollar Point neighborhood, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Whether you’re here for world-class skiing or summer lake days, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements

Main Floor: Just off the entry, you’ll find a cozy guest room with two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom. The primary master suite is also on this level, featuring a plush king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Upper Level: Two additional well-appointed guest rooms are located upstairs, each featuring a queen-size bed and sharing a full hallway bathroom.

Living & Dining
The heart of the home features soaring vaulted ceilings and a magnificent stone fireplace (firewood provided!), creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for group gatherings. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.

Outdoor Living & Amenities
Step out onto the back deck off the dining area—perfect for summer BBQs and evening relaxation. The property also includes a spacious yard and a 2-car garage.

Prime Location
You are just a short drive from Tahoe City’s excellent dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment. Major North Shore ski resorts are also within easy reach, making this an ideal year-round destination.

Important Note: Dollar Point recreation amenities (beach, pool, tennis, and playground) are only available for stays of 31 nights or more. This requires a signed lease, a $5,000 deposit, and a $50 processing fee.

For your convenience, this home includes a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide all linens and bath towels; most rentals have beach towels for your trips to the lake. Please note that while Tahoe’s mountain breeze and provided fans keep the home comfortable, there is no central A/C. To protect local wildlife, we do not stock pantry staples. Please also be aware that the deck and BBQ may be unavailable during the late fall, winter and early spring months due to snow.

  The house is spacious and well equipped. Our family enjoyed spending time together in the cozy living room, cooking in the large kitchen, and doing art projects and playing games in the dining room when we were "snowed in". The furniture was comfortable even if a little dated. The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street within a quick drive to Tahoe City. Unfortunately, traffic did really back up on good ski days, so allow extra time to get to Palisades or Alpine.

  This is an excellent place in a fantastic location. The kitchen is huge and well-stocked with everything we need to cook big meals. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The living room was cozy to watch awful 80s Mad Max rip-off movies. The place is near downtown, and the neighborhood is nice. All the ski hills we went to were nearby.

  Great summertime family vacation spot! We went during Covid so it was just our family of four but the house could easily sleep double that. The private beach was wonderful and safe. We made reservations to use the pool on 2 occasions and had it to ourselves. The house was light, bright and clean. Well appointed kitchen. Was exactly what we needed for a safe and relaxing get away. We will be back!

  This property is really a gem. Very spacious & stocked with everything that you could possibly need. Having all the amenities of Dollar Point is definitely a plus. ( although I will be disappointed next year if they continue with the $10 fee per person per day ). Looking forward to returning next year. The following statement are more of an advisory rather than a complaint. The ignition on the gas grill does not function & I could not get the left 2 burners lit with the short matches on site. Fortunately I had a long BBQ lighter in my van. The only other issue we encountered was that the clothes dryer kept turning off after just a few minutes when in the auto mode. Seemed to be ok when we selected the 40 minute setting?
