Well maintained and newly renovated Rocky Ridge vacation rental Lakeview end-unit condo has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Wifi at the unit. Lakeviews are of the north and east shores. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

  Rocky Ridge 37 is on of many townhomes in a well-maintained, quiet community set high on a ridge just north of Tahoe City. Spectacular views of the lake from this unit and easy access with parking right near front door. Home was comfortable and well equipped - only minus was no tv in master bedroom or any place to sit down in any of the four bedrooms upstairs. Property manager was very responsive and helpful

  We love this unit for the view! Overall the unit is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, however, we had nine people and only 8 chairs so we had to improvise. The deck also only have 3 chairs so not convenient if you have more people that want to eat ourside.

  This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and well equipped with household essentials. Being in a gated community was a plus. Secluded up high on a rocky ridge, it gave us a peaceful vacation with stunning views of Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed going all around the lake to hike, shop, and see awesome sights. The property management made it easy to enter. Seeing sunrises and moonrises from our deck was a highlight. Our party of seven from around the country to celebrate a birthday had a memorable time. This place is a diamond.

  Home was amazing for group of 8. The view is spectacular. The complex has awesome amenities with pool, hot tub and private beach. Location is amazing with stores and restaurants minutes away. Home has no A/C so be prepared to sweat at night as all the bedrooms are upstairs. The house did have a mouse infestation so we bought some traps and attempted to catch some of them for the owner. Overall amazing place to stay.

  We enjoyed unit 37, perfect for our family. The living and dining areas are spacious, the kitchen is conducive to fixing meals. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. The rugs were dirty, we found dishes and serving items with leftover food still on them. We also could not use the screen out the dining room balcony as it is bent so closing it is difficult. Lots of bugs got in before we realized it wasn’t closed properly. The barbeque grill needs to be cleaned and serviced, we could not get it hot enough to grill meat. Rocky Ridge is one of our favorite places to stay! The grounds are amazing and the community of people are delightful!
