Villas #107 - Morris

This three-bedroom two bath Villas vacation rental condo is a corner unit set towards the back of the complex. At the entry of this condo, you will find yourself at the master bedroom, with its Queen size bed and private full bathroom. If you up to the main living area you arrive in the dining room which is just off to the side of the well-equipped kitchen. The living room has plenty of light and seating, it features a large rock fireplace. There is deck access through a sliding glass door. Great for relaxing or BBQing with your group. There is Wifi and cable in the unit. The lower floor contains two guest bedrooms. Both have two sets of Twin beds. The laundry area in on this level as well as a shared full bathroom. The Home Owner Amenities included a swimming pool, clubhouse, two saunas with bathrooms, tennis courts and sand volleyball court (open summer only). Close to excellent hiking, public beaches, bike trails and Tahoe City for dining, shopping and entertainment. In the winter it is a short drive to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski resorts.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

  Luckily Tahoe is not somewhere you want to spend indoors. Clean place but very dated and musty smell.

  The condo was well situated, and rental agency was accessible for connectivity questions. The condo unit itself was clean but could use a facelift in bathroom. Fantastic washer and dryer for after mountain biking.

  Unit was clean upon arrival (smelled a little stuffy from being closed up). No extra trash bags were provided and one extra roll of TP per BR was not enough (for amount of people the condo accommodates). It was hard to find the unit upon arrival as the numbers on the building were not visible from the road.

  This is the second stay that the family and I have enjoyed this year in this same unit. The weather was perfect with the exception of the smoke from the 1200 fires in California. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed every moment of our stay. Old community with plenty of charm and very quiet.
