This West Shore Lake Tahoe vacation rental is just minutes outside of Tahoe City. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood. There is ample parking. The two-story vacation rental, immaculate home has three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom features a King size bed, flat-screen TV and a newly remodeled full bathroom. The two guest bedrooms each have Queen size beds and share a common bathroom between them in the hallway. There is also a laundry room on this level with access to a second entry door, a very convenient area to unload after a day at the mountain. The upstairs living area is open and bright with high ceilings and a massive rock wood-burning fireplace. There is a bar area off to the side of the living room as well as a half bath. The living room includes dining next to a good-sized kitchen that is well equipped with all new appliances for your cooking needs and has a countertop bar eating area. From the living room, you can go out onto the second-story deck to BBQ, relax on the patio furniture or take a flight of stairs down to the backyard, where there is room to play. Easily accessible to many miles of biking trails on the shores of Lake Tahoe and the popular family bike ride along the beautiful Truckee River this vacation rental is just across the street from Tahoe House Bakery and New Moon Foods. Homewood Mountain is just minute's drive down the West Shore and Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley are a short drive as well. The house has access to the private HOA beach and pier with BBQ facilities and a lawn area-it is just a short walk down the street. There is wifi.
All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.
