Wifi in the condo for your communication needs. The 4th bedroom has been covered to a sitting room off of the master. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach with pier, buoys, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

  Our stay at rocky ridge was wonderful. We stayed here after skiing palisades, and couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything was clean, well kept, and well organized. Neal provided very clear check in and check out instructions. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities for cooking. The view from the condo is surreal! And great amenities, hot tub is perfect after a long day of skiing!

  We have been coming to Lake Tahoe/Rocky Ridge for over 35 years. This rental property had not been updated at all and we will not rent it again. It has a spectacular view and the layout is great for entertaining but the bedding/bathrooms/ outdoor furniture/deck needs attention. The grounds at Rocky Ridge have been maintained in general - the upper pool hot tub was not working our last day or two. It is a beautiful setting - the beach access is awesome! We had fun with the bocce ball courts - walking trails - . Only disappointment was our rental unit -

  We came for Mother’s Day and from the moment you walk in you have the most amazing views. The house had everything that was needed for the kitchen and we didn’t run out of anything. The management team was very accommodating and easy to work with. The only drawback we had was there were two HUGE spiders that scared us to death but that’s to be expected when you are staying in a house in the mountains.

  I've stayed in many units at Rocky Ridge. We enjoyed the view of unit 47, and the unit was very clean. The TV's were comically small and old (Den). The layout in the family room was not conducive to watching TV. Will kids who need TV entertainment, this is a show stopper for us.

  We stayed for 3 nights for a family ski vacation. This was a great location and a very comfortable and lovely condo, with an astonishing view over the lake. Easy to get to Tahoe city center, alpine Meadows, and squaw valley. Would definitely stay here again!

  This is our second year renting from ONeal. The units are beyond wonderful. Both units have been spotless-I have a very high bar for spotless. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes, cutlery, and baking pans. There were plenty of towels and linens. The units are great for entertaining fir the holidays. I was always able to get a person on the phone when calling ONeal. The responses were professional and kind! The views from the units are unmatched! Thank you for providing a wonderful setting! We can’t wait to return.

  This condo has spectacular views from the ridge overlooking the lake. There was plenty of space for our family, and we took full advantage of access to the club house with lake access for SUP and kayak outings, as well as the pool and access to trails for hikes. Only feedback for the house is that the dryer seemed older and took awhile to dry clothes/towels. But we would recommend!

  This place is great. They plowed the streets and our walkway everyday. Our family loved the place, , , the kitchen was stocked, the TV and cable were great, the beds were new and everything was clean. The property managers were very responsive and everything was taken care of. Great Vacation Spot!
