This newly remodeled three-bedroom one-and-a-half-bath Lake Forest vacation rental condo is near the entrance for ease of access. It is in close proximity to the meadow and children's pool. Upon entering you find yourself in the living room, there is a wood-burning fireplace and plenty of seating. The dining room and fully equipped kitchen are at the back of the unit. There is a semi-private deck off of the dining area where you can BBQ or just relax. There is a half bath located on this level as well. Upstairs in the first of two guest rooms, you will find a Full bed. In the second guest room, there are two Twin Beds. The Master bedroom features a King size bed. All of the bedrooms share a bathroom at the top of the stairs. There is Wifi In the unit. Your well, Mannered pet will be considered. Located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore, Lake Forest Glen Condominiums are set in a lovely meadow between the highway and the lake. It is an easy walk to Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach and many others on the shores of Lake Tahoe. This development features two pools, sauna, hot tub(for year-round use), tennis courts, pickleball and a children's play area. (Amenities availability unknown for 2021). Each unit has two reserved parking spots and there is plenty of extra parking in two overflow parking lots located conveniently on the property. The complex is close to Tahoe City, ski areas including Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley USA, Northstar and Homewood Mountain, shopping and fine dining. The Coast Guard boat launch is just around the corner for our summer guests. Plus there is convenient access to great biking and walking trails, both on and off-road. In the winter, drive up the street to the Tahoe Cross Country XC Center. Easy short drive to Tahoe City with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.
