This Lakeview Rocky Ridge vacation rental townhome has been beautifully remodeled and is tastefully decorated. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a lovely view of Lake Tahoe. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach with pier, buoys, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Two very minor other notes - the lighting in the cabin is dark despite the many lamps and the downstairs faucet leaked/dripped. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

  My husband really liked the decor. We found the unit very comfortable. The kitchen is easy to get around. The unit is clean. They have heating using water, so better air humidity. The grounds are well kept and the hot tub is heated even in winter. Jeannine

  When driving on to the property we were struck with awe over the million dollar views from every vantage point. We have owned a home in the near vicinity and have vacationed in the same area for 40 years, but Rocky Ridge was a new over the top experience. The layout, the gardens, the amenities and the location are exquisite. Our rental was immaculate and well appointed. The Townhouse provided us with more than we could ever need. Having our own pool, spa, beach and hiking trails allowed us to get out and really enjoy the area without dealing with the crowds. We will never stay anywhere again! Finally, the booking process was a breeze and the property management staff are impeccable and professional, and clearly love what they do and love their community and their guests! Thank You!

  My family had a nice stay at condo #28. Great location and it was nice to have a private beach access. The pool in the photo was closed, but another pool next to the playground was open. It was only a 3 minute walk from the condo.
  A slight inconvenience happened— The properties front and back decks were being stained during the week of our stay, so it made the outside slippery and the stain got on the bottom of our shoes. The painters were nice and put some mats and cardboard down for my family to walk on, so a solution was found immediately.
  Overall, we were satisfied with the property and would stay again.

  Noticed there were lots of dirty dishes in the cabinets, when we finally decided to cook a meal. Thought the guests before us were just sloppy/inconsiderate (which could still be the case). But, the dishwasher needs to be replaced. It's worthless!

  Also, the downstairs & upstairs bathrooms each had only ONE bath towel showing. We did locate three more in the cabinet?? How about 6 towels for 6 people?
