The upper level of this home has new Granite Kitchen Counters and Breakfast Bar, Vaulted Ceilings throughout, River Rock Wood Burning Fireplace, Large Air-Lock Entry Storage Room, Wi-Fi, 55 inch TV, I-Pod Docking, Family Room Converts to the Fourth Bedroom via a Murphy Bed. This all-purpose room has Couches, and Table for games provided, and chairs, Closet, Television, and Attached Deck. The deck is split level and faces the lake with nice views. There is also a Queen Bed Room with Full Bathroom near the Living Room and kitchen.
Downstairs on the mid-level, there is a Queen Bedroom with a full Bathroom nearby and another Bedroom with a Bunk Bed Set, and a trundle bed(Room can sleep 4). Also downstairs on a third level is a newly added Master Bedroom/multi-purpose room with an attached toilet and shower, and a paver patio leads to the Hot Tub. This room can also be a great playroom by day… Wifi, washer and dryer, level winter access.
"The large Front "Air Lock", "Mud Room" Entry Room Offers ample Storage Space for bikes, skis, equipment, and Firewood Provided. Besides a great Summer vacation home, The Spring and Autumn in the Sierra's are magnificent, with nearby hiking and biking trails, or just sitting in front of a wood fire and enjoying the crisp mountain air.
Dollar Point recreation amenities: beach, pool, tennis courts, playground are not available to renters, unless rental stay is for 31 nights or more which will require a signed lease agreement, $5000 deposit and $50 processing fee. Please contact us for more details.
All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans. Deck and BBQ may not be available during winter months.
