Located in a beautifully landscaped condominium complex with many amenities, this 3-bedroom vacation rental home has an updated kitchen and a large dining area for up to 6. The 1.5 baths have been updated as well. The cozy mountain living area has plenty of seating, with comfortable couches, and a wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy the spacious patio where you can relax or BBQ with the provided grill. There is No cable TV. You can long into your cable account online to get The TV that has Roku. There is Wireless Internet. Located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore, Lake Forest Glen Condominiums are set in a lovely meadow between the highway and the lake. It is an easy walk to Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach and many others on the shores of Lake Tahoe. This development features two pools, a sauna, a hot tub (for year-round use), tennis courts, pickleball and a children's play area. (Amenities availability unknown for 2021). Each unit has two reserved parking spots and there is plenty of extra parking in two overflow parking lots located conveniently on the property. The complex is close to Tahoe City, ski areas including Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley USA, Northstar and Homewood Mountain, shopping and fine dining. The Coast Guard boat launch is just around the corner for our summer guests. Plus there is convenient access to great biking and walking trails, both on and off-road. In the winter, drive up the street to the Tahoe Cross Country XC Center.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

  This was the perfect place for our stay. Location is really close to Tahoe City. Great floor-plan felt spacious and gave our kids their own bedrooms. Super clean and well stocked. Plows came often to handle days of heavy snow. Would have been nice to have a king bed in the primary bedroom. All the mattresses were very firm.

  I had a great experience at this vacation rental. The condo complex is located just outside of Tahoe city downtown in a quiet neighborhood a short drive off the main road. It is easy to access Safeway and Palisades without driving on steep roads which is helpful during winter storms.
  
  Inside the unit, there are three bedrooms with doors that close. Good mattress. All appliances are modern and functioning well. The kitchen has a complete set of cookware/tableware including nonstick pans in great condition. The internet speed was 61 Mbps download and 11 up.
  
  The staff was responsive and helpful over email when we needed to extend our stay to avoid a winter storm.
  
  Overall my party was very satisfied with our stay. I would be happy to visit this condo again for my future ski trips.

  This townhouse is in a convenient location. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and you have access to the pool, tennis courts, sauna, hot tub. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need to make it a home away from home. Kitchen has all the things you need to prepare a good meal ( if you are a good cook, you need to bring some of your favorite spices and ingredients). The house also has a small deck in the back yard with a BBQ grill for your outdoor enjoyment. We definitely consider coming back if we have a chance.
  Side note: the trashbin is locked after 9pm and won’t be opened until 8:30 am. We had to leave early (6am) so we took the trash with us and dropped it at one of the rest area trashbin. It is somewhat inconvenient that the guests have to bring trash to the trashbin!

  We had a great stay here! The house was comfy, clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. Our only complaint was someone took the parking spot right in front of the house while we were out. We called just to let someone know and didn't receive a call back. Not a big deal but some sort of parking enforcement would be great. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!

  My three complaints are:
  1. some paper towels might be nice.
  2. Would have been nice to have a remote for the TV, no where to be found.
  3. Could have gone without seeing the mouse make himself at home running around the kitchen while we were sitting at the dining room table.
  Outside of that, I guess the price was fair. But you get what you pay for.

  Clean, comfortable and short walk to skylandia beach, this vacation rental was a great find. Rooms are spacious. Outdoor deck is nice. We only went to the pool once as the pool was a bit chilly and hot tub was not open. However we walked to the bakery and skylandia multiple times. Also conveniently located a short drive from Tahoe city. Only cons were to consider updating floors (carpet has seen some wear) and consider more lighting in the living room area (was a bit dark).

  We will definitely rent again and would recommend to others! The townhouse itself is on a quiet cul-de-sac with area around for kids to explore without annoying neighbors. Inside was clean, well furnished and spacious. We spent 3 nights/4 days and didn't feel "on top of eachother". Comfy beds, plush towels and a well stocked kitchen. It's right across from a state park that has a path down to the lake with a beach and dock. Close to the grocery store, restaurants and lake toy rentals. Loved our time in this little mountain oasis!

  We were very pleased with our stay @ #40 townhouse. It was convient & short distance to our events & other family/friends. It was clean and comfortable, kitchen nicely updated and enjoyed the deck sitting and
  grilling.
  There were bath towels left in the dryer from cleaning service,which we did need an Xtra for use, but did not find until leaving. We were not familiar with the TV provider, do was unable to use.
  Did not find a key for use for garbage dumpsters, so we had to leave it in the condo upon
  departure. Also unfortunately the pools, ect were not in use, but jacquzi was enjoyable.
  We would stay again in this quiet location.

  This condo is updated and kitchen had excellent pots pans dinnerware etc. Bathroom upstairs nicely remodeled. I like the dead end street. Walk down road to beach also walked to Tahoe City. Nice deck on back to relax. Would book this place again.

  We had a great stay at #40 in the LFG complex. The townhouse provided everything we needed for relaxing and cooking. The location is convenient and nicely separated from the hustle and bustle of Tahoe City. We even enjoyed the lake which is just a short walk away. O'neal Associates was very helpful as well. Thanks to all involved in making our family snow trip a success!

  Bad: only one bathroom but master has a sink. Fans in bathrooms are loud. Good: great kitchen. Environmentally friendly soap products. Clean and roomy! Very quiet. There are two pool areas, one is for families and has an adjacent little playground. Walking distance to beach so no beach parking hassle.

  We have been staying at different units of Lake Forest Glen, and have always had positive experience, so we will be coming back here. This unit was new to us. We had been spoiled by one unit which had all utensils, seasonings, anything needed for cooking, sleigh, board games and puzzles. This unit had utensils, but no seasonings and other things. It was still good for us, but our wish list would be: adding seasonings, cooking oil, pizza cutter, more soaps for shower/bathroom. Overall, we liked this unit and are satisfied :)
